Marketing Madness at Aman Sarai
There is no stopping our girls. Traversing over new concepts and techniques the female students at Aman Sarai are now learning Marketing techniques. Jumping from the 4Ps of traditional marketing concepts all the way to the social media outreach tools, our goal is to master marketing techniques. The trainers and facilitators at Khud are helping this team to form a marketing scheme for their upcoming project launch; FatCowTalks. Planning to take the internet by storm with a big bang our team will not reveal details of FatCowTalks- except that a thrilling marketing plan is underway.
The girls have brainstormed various Search Engine Optimization keywords and are going to apply them to ensure that all stakeholders get a good grip of this one of its kind initiative. The unique aspect of this marketing technique is how it brews from the marginalized neighborhood of Lahore- learning from all the bad marketing gimmicks at home and trying to connect with the aesthetics of the world. Reading on the leading marketing experts of the world, putting down their pros and cons and finally applying it on their own project, we are trying it all.
In the picture above our shy team leader Sonia Kiran, a primary school teacher herself, is mindmapping with her team mates on the basic word ‘food’. In this exercise they laid out everything connected with food- festivities, relationships, memories- everything associated with eating. All of this was tied together with one basic concept; what brings the happy in food? And this is our marketing core; marking out happiness for our viewers.
